Rev. Terry Brown
The time has come to accept a new ministry assignment.  I will be leaving my appointment here at FUMC Orange to begin a new appointment in a new conference.Donna and I will be accepting new appointments in the West Texas Conference.  We will be pastors in the Lubbock, Texas area.  There are three churches, Idalou, Crosbyton, and Ralls, which we will serve together in a cooperative ministry.  One of our church’s core principles is to engage in “risk-taking missions.”  While we will not be in a foreign mission, this will be a new world of ministry possibilities for us.  This is an exciting ministry challenge we feel led to accept.Of course, the down side is saying goodbye to all our friends and church family here.  I have been honored to be your Associate Pastor for the past five years.  There are experiences and memories I will never forget.  Thank you so much for your prayers, support, and ministry to my family and me. FUMC Orange has an important and exciting ministry future of its own.  We will keep you all in our prayers.
