Public NetXchange started in March of 1991as a single line, 2400 baud dialup Bulletin Board System (BBS).  Since then it has evolved into a 460 line, fiber optic carried, 100% digital, Internet Provider. 

We have standardized behind the Rockwell v.90 56k modem standard to provide analog phone line speeds of up to 53k.  We also fully support ISDN and multi-channel ISDN connectivity rates, and Point to Point T1.

Our usage levels and busy signal information is made readily available.  We are proud of the service we provide and welcome anyone to look at our statistics.

While we do not offer 24 hour voice technical support, our systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to alert our technical staff of any outages so that it can be corrected as soon as possible.  Our voice technical support is available 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

PNX is also a comprehensive computer sales and service center.  PNX Computers is our base of operation, located at 3720 North 16th Street in Orange TX.   If there is ever a problem that cannot be corrected over the phone, you will not have to bring the computer to some repair center who knows nothing about our Internet service.  We are your "One Stop Internet Shop"
