Public NetXchange has created a mailing list devoted to the discussion of Issues related to Orange and it's surrounding municipalities. This list is open to anyone wishing to participate, not just Public NetXchange customers. The list is available for open and frank discussion of items concerning Orange, Texas and it's future. *NOTE* The Orange Discussion list is no longer anonymous.
